Blue Smoke Barbeque - Blue Ridge

The bride was delicious!!! I will definitely go back for the brisket, but I would rather take it home to eat with my own sides and sauces, the dish is a little over price at 14$ for two sides, slices toast and meat. The Coleslaw was decent, the Brunswick stew was different from what I am used to, they could use some better BBQ sauce (not right, and even though they have tried to have a variety of bases and mixtures, but all done wrong). The staff was very friendly (although a little French)... but they did it best in a bad situation. There were some failures due to some management/delivery problems. We were told that the van did not deliver so that we were very limited in the food selection. The computer has not printed our order to the cook so it took a little long time and we only waited until they realized that it had not yet come out and then take our order to the kitchen again. There were misunderstandings of our order and the sandwich was forgotten from our order/band, but they were really friendly and gave it to us on the house. Everyone has a day like this at least once in a while and they treated it well. Thanks for the good effort and Brisket!

It’s was early afternoon and lookin for a good place to grab lunch. Staff was prompt and super sweet to us with our 19 month old little girl. Food was great Smoked wings then flash fried A+. Pulled pork A+. Wedge Salad A+. To top it off the also sell King Of Pops! That Alabama White Sauce was ridiculously awesome ... So Go Eat and be merry here.

This was our best meal in town for our weekend getaway. I had the tri tip platter. The tri tip was amazing cooked perfectly and also the bbq pork had such a nice flavor. I love the Alabama White Sauce. I have not tried other BBQ places in town but this one will be hard to beat!!! Highly recommend!!!

Wow! I had lunch there for the first time and must say I am impressed! The pulled pig was phenomenal, homemade Mac n cheese delicious, and even the potato salad was great. The portions? You will not be disappointed by Blue Smoke Platter! I recommend a visit here. Small event, but cozy. They also serve beer, this is a plus!

The pulled pork BBQ is absolutely delicious. The best in the city, in my opinion. Unfortunately, the Cole Slaw is terrible. No taste and very bland. Defiantly need a new Cole Slav receipt. Beautiful size part of food for the price. Will definitely return.
