We ordered coffee through the app at 7:40 PM and arrived at 7:45 PM. The staff refused to make us coffee because it was too close to closing time, claiming they were closing in 10 minutes. This is unacceptable customer service. They couldn't brew a fresh pot of coffee? Additionally, they did not offer a refund. I intend to speak with the manager about this issue.

Ordered a cinnamon roll with my coffee only to find out when I picked up they had no more cinnamon rolls. I feel when an item runs out, it should be deleted as an option through mobile orders, but that would be too easy. I got a corn muffin instead, but paid extra money for it as it was not an equal substitute and of course they do not give you the difference. Service: Take out
