Subway - Blue Island

On Sunday, June 4th, I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant due to poor service and an unprofessional attitude from a young woman. I witnessed two young men leave the establishment after waiting over 10 minutes for their food. This subway location is usually my favorite, but after this incident, I will be heading down to 99th and Western for my sandwiches from now on. I really hope that the young lady improves her attitude and customer service skills if she intends to continue working in the food service industry.

The customer service was extremely disappointing. My entire sandwich was prepared incorrectly, and when I brought it to the manager's attention, she claimed that I had ordered it that way (which was false). She then said there was nothing she could do to resolve the issue.

They give open, unsecure bags to UberEats drivers. Use the sticker to seal the bag close. Don’t attach the receipt to the sticker outside the bag. I know y’all not slow. I also paid for bacon and on my sandwich and didn’t get it.

I ordered two sandwiches from Uber eats at 7:30pm. I ordered it rushed meaning it comes straight to me. I live 5 minutes away from this restaurant, but because my God son who is 1 years old had finally went to sleep I did not want to wake him up so I ordered online. It said my order was being prepared for a whole hour so I called. The lady said they just made my order. My first uber driver arrived there at 9:00 and canceled no reason given. Then my second arrived at 9:14pm he texted me and informed me that they are already closed. Today is Friday subway closes at 9:30pm meaning the last guest is able to come in at least 5 mins before 9:30 before they start telling people they are closed. I am absolutely disappointed because they closed EARLY and I did not get my food.
