The owner and the waiter are super nice. Especially the owner he comes out greets people if he does not cook with a smile on his face and asks every table how they do it. I have the delicate loins with the olives and the sherry sauce. The waiter forgot to tell him medium well and got medium rare. He apologized, but I was cool about it, I work in a restaurant and understand that mistakes happen, so I didn't want to give him any grief about it. You did it anyway, and I was worth it. The food is tasteful and looks fresh and scratched. The croquettas were crispy outside and fluffy maish potatoes inside. You were really good. I got Paella, but I wasn't crazy about it. Not because it was bad. I never had it before and figure there was an attempt, and with the attempt to new things you like it or not. But I like to try new things. If you have the sweeter smoked sausage taste like Andioulle sausage then you will love it. The owner also makes a killer flan. He saw it was my mother's birthday, there was a gift on the table) and came with a big smile and a candle and played happy birthday. That was really sweet. The soup is well made and tasteful. This place is amazing. The food is excellent! I can't recommend it enough. I hope you get a chance to meet the boss/owner. He was fantastic. Very friendly and could not have been nicer.
