Izzie's Delicatessen - BLUE BELL

Our hotel didn't serve a good breakfast, so we decided to try Izzie's without knowing anything about it. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it offered one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The peasant omelet was absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredible and very attentive to our children. Since it was Christmas, they treated customers like us as part of their family. I highly recommend going there for breakfast!

My husband and I absolutely adore Izzie's, just as everyone we've introduced to it has. The savory filled pancakes might just be my new favorite, but they also offer a fantastic selection of smoked fish. The chocolate babka French toast is indulgent, and the portions of the challah French toast are massive—I usually end up taking half of each home, along with the savory pancakes. The bacon is thick, and the domestic fries are large chunks of potato. I always visit for breakfast, but the entire menu looks appealing (I really wanted to try the brisket chili, but it might have been a special). The dining area fills up quickly on weekend mornings, but the wait is generally not too long. Plus, the restrooms are spacious and very accessible.

I would give more stars if I could! Dan, the owner, is incredibly friendly, and our waitress was fantastic! The Santa Fe Omelette was absolutely delicious—truly the best omelet I've ever had. We will definitely be coming back!

Izzie's catered our party last night and it was amazing. All of the food was so delicious, we received so many compliments from our guests about how good everything was! I couldn't be happier. Food delivered right to our house and the presentation was beautiful. Highly recommend!
