Win Wok - Blue Ash

I'm really disappointed. I ordered food to go, but what I received felt like leftovers. I specifically requested fried rice, but instead, I got fried rice mixed with cold, overcooked white rice that tasted like it had been sitting around since yesterday. Perhaps they treated me this way because I was in work clothes and my English isn't very good. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

Absolutely delicious! I just wish they were open more frequently. The customer service was also fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

I've never written a negative review before, but I can't understand how this place has a 4-star rating. The dumplings were tasty, but everything else I tried was disappointing. Both the egg rolls and spring rolls had a strange taste, reminiscent of old socks. The wonton soup was unappetizing. The Kung Pao chicken was passable, but it mainly consisted of celery. The beef dish I ordered was mostly onions. I won't be ordering from here again.

I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could! I ordered vegetable lo mein and egg rolls for takeout, and everything was still hot when I got home. The portions were generous, the egg rolls were crispy, and the vegetables in the lo mein were fresh. I will definitely be returning regularly!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The General Tao's chicken was the best I've ever had—authentic pieces of chicken, perfectly breaded and tossed in a delightfully spicy sauce. The fried rice was also very tender and abundant. I highly recommend this place; it far surpasses our usual dining spots!
