Pizza Plus - Blountville

My son and I usually go there once a week. But on 15 September 2022 we have 20-30 minutes before the buffet. The food was warm. They never asked if there was anything we wanted or otherwise put on the buffet.

Always start with their salad bar with a good selection of healthy food as well as comfort food. They keep a beautiful line of fresh pizzas coming to the buffet. The waitress was very nice and attentive. Sit down and get your food and she brings your drinks. No word about the price. The dining room is also beautiful. Many windows.

Killer experience. I love their buffet. Their pizza is great and fresh.

Last week I ordered a delivery and an hour and half later I called about my order that I still had not received, the lady told me it was on its way that they only had one delivery driver. Okay so I wait and 45 minutes later I get a call from them that there was a mixup with my order but they would remake it if I wanted or give me a credit towards my next order. So I said forget it just give me the credit. So tonight I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Not only did it take a hour and half to get my order it was wrong. Guess I should be happy I actually got something.

The staff is incredible and goes above and beyond to assist customers. They have been very accommodating with my son's allergies, and I am truly grateful for that. Plus, the pizza is the best!
