Domino's Pizza - Blountville

I absolutely love this Domino's! My family and I place an order at least once a week, and the staff is consistently friendly. The food is always hot and delicious. I've had issues with my order twice, but they handled it perfectly each time. I can't wait to see what pizzas you’ll recommend on my next visit. I’ll definitely keep coming back as a loyal customer!

I called the manager, Joshua, at 5:28 PM to inquire about my order, and he insisted it had already been delivered. I informed him that I placed the order at 4:18 PM, and he responded rudely, saying that I should have known it was going to take time. The expected delivery time was supposed to be 5:30 PM, but I didn’t receive any apology or explanation for the delay. When Dylan finally arrived with my order, I asked if the food was still hot. He placed his hand on the boxes and told me it was, but I quickly realized that was a lie. After inspecting my order and discovering it was neither hot nor fresh and missing the garlic sauces, I called the store again. This time, I spoke with Ryan, who was polite and said he would send the delivery driver back with the garlic sauces since they had called for that. While Ryan sounded genuinely apologetic, I can't shake my frustration at how incompetent and rude Joshua, the store manager, was. His behavior was completely unprofessional. If I hadn’t been home, I wouldn’t have been able to get my food myself. I definitely wouldn’t have paid for this order. To top it all off, it took an hour for them to bring me the garlic sauces, and I live only 10 minutes away from the Domino's.

I ordered two large pizzas at 11:00, and even though they arrived a bit late, the staff was very friendly and in good spirits. The Chicken Alfredo Pizza was excellent, while the second pizza, which had hamburger, paprika, and onions, was decent but could have benefited from more hamburger. The pizzas were ready in just 15 minutes, so the service was impressively quick. If the second pizza had contained more hamburger, I would have given them a 5-star rating instead of 4 stars.

I work at the Blountville site, but I'm also a customer. The food I buy is always exactly what I expect. The atmosphere, although sometimes hastened, is relaxed and friendly. My employees are wonderful people who in many hours only bring their customers joy in the food we serve. My GM is simply the best, and if you had no chance to meet him and see what he does for this place and its community, it must be changed! Very recommended the location of Blountville Domino.
