Jack's - Blountsville

Awful experience. Cashier was dirty and wearing a hoodie and baseball cap. Stated, what do you want and what else . This was when we approached the counter. She shifted weight from foot to foot like she was being bothered. Ordered chicken salad and had three hard slices of chicken and hardly any other toppings. Very disappointed. Appeared to have only a bunch of kids running the place and they were very unprofessional and unfriendly.

This Jack's is okay they have messed up my order several times though but it is close to work and it's convenient so I'll keep going

Delicious bacon, egg and cheese biscuits! Window folks can be a little more pleasant but it doesn't deter from the food so I'll be back!

This one in Blountsville folks were nice and food fresh!! HOWEVER the one in Gardendale was horrible, employees were put out we ordered food. 2 hours prior to closing and food was not fresh. They were wanting to close early... $31 for cold food and attitude!
