Uno Más Taco Truck - Bloomington

Had 3 tacos. The pastor was excellent. It was so juicy and flavored excellently. The fajita style was also great. The American was full of meat and delicious. It came with beans and rice as well. The beans were just okay. Needed some more flavor. The rice was kinda bland, but was cooked well. Also, had the chips and queso. Was hoping for a more authentic queso, one with more spice. Maybe add some peppers to give it some.more flavor? Overall it was a great experience.

So my first time ever coming here.Was so excited Couldn't wait. Get my food get home start eating smh. An I don't always post reviews. So I got 3 different type of tacos. The steak was very tuff an all the tacos I got were very under seasoned. Like very. The beans were hard. The rice had no flavor. I was very shocked about the food. So disappointed.

Absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and ready extremely quickly. Highly recommend the burritos, which will now be living rent-free in my head.

One of my favorite Bloomington food trucks EVER!! Unfortunately, my pic does not do it justice as there is lots of steak hidden under the peppers, cheese and onions. I have had tacos from their truck many times and they never fail to please my palate. I have tried the chorizo, Mexican chicken sausage, grilled chicken, plain steak and now the steak fajita tacos and they are all fabulous!! The meats are always tender and seasoned well. One of the great things about getting the tacos is if you order three you get black beans and Mexican rice included at no extra charge, and you can mix and match the different varieties allowing you to try different meats or the vegetarian (my daughter's favorite) option. The only reason there are no flour tortillas with mine is that I am doing low-carb, so I use my own zero carb flour tortillas and assemble my own tacos. Honestly, I can usually get four or five tacos out of what they call three servings. Makes for a great lunch for the next day. I would most definitely recommend Uno Mas! I suggest that you follow them on Facebook or Instagram to keep up on current locations. During the summer months you can almost always find them at Food Truck Fridays at Switchyard Park on S Rogers St. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.
