Taco Bell - Bloomington

This is the third time I've ordered the Crispy Wrap Supreme, substituting beef for chicken. And guess what? They gave me beef again! I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. This is now the third time I've had this issue; the second time, I didn't even bother to call. It's ridiculous!

The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and served hot. We often order meals for our kids from here because it’s one of their favorites. There have only been a few rare occasions when our order was incorrect, but the staff, both of the men, were quick to resolve the issue. No one is perfect, but they do an absolutely fantastic job!

Here's my review of the restaurant: It's consistently disappointing. Every time I visit, my order is always wrong. If they can't manage basic tasks efficiently, they shouldn't be running a restaurant. How hard can it be? If they struggle to comprehend how to make a chicken quesadilla, I truly hope they find the assistance they need.

It is what they would expect from their typical Taco bell. the restaurant was very clean and the food was good

The manager was very rude and the worker up front was not friendly at all then one of the workers making the food was cussing laud and talking about her bring in jail. They said they was out of something that my husband ordered and only replaced one of the things when he ordered 5.
