Subway - Bloomington

Have they ever watched the "Soup Nazi" episode from the old Seinfeld show? That's what it feels like when you buy from this business. The staff, particularly Eli, is quite unfriendly. It's clear that the owner is a greedy and unethical individual; I witnessed her treating a family very poorly. They also do not honor any discounts or vouchers.

The service was lacking, and it appeared that the staff were unsure of what they were doing.

I've never written a review before, but my experience at this restaurant today, April 28, 2022, at 12:30 PM, compelled me to share my thoughts. The staff member who attended to me was incredibly rushed and rude. I had barely begun to place my order when he started pushing me to hurry up. I had my one-year-old son with me, and all he seemed to do was rush me along. It was disheartening to notice that he wasn't treating the white customers the same way. I felt so pressured that I couldn't even remember what I wanted to order! After some back and forth, he got frustrated with me because I couldn't decide quickly enough. To sum it up, I left feeling disrespected and will definitely not be returning. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Every time I come to this place, I have to ask the employees to wash their hands! when I came in yesterday, a young man sat with his handy in a hand on the counter and scratched his head (without a visier or hat) with the other. he comes out of the counter when I approach and just put on gloves! I worked at subway and it's a policy to wash their hands before they create new gloves. they even have a sign over the sink that reminds them to wash their hands first! it is an important food safety rule that most employees do not follow here.

Why have curbside pick up advertised ,but phone number online I put order on and sign outside says another number don't work ??
