Bidrage med feedbackI'm not one to leave negative reviews on places because some days are hard days. However within the last month I've ordered Pizza Hut twice and have received incomplete orders. They don't have delivery drivers so when they are out of something or they don't have it I don't get a refund. This specific location never had the phone in so when you call you automatically get a receiver. I've given ten multiple chances but not only have a missed out on at least $40 but there is no way to contact anyone who is higher up about receiving a refund.
Would rate 0 stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. You will not get your order and there is almost no way to receive a refund. After not receiving a large order that was supposed to be my dinner for the night (I ended up with none)... I called the location and received no answer. I called back the next morning to report what had happened and was told to contact customer support on PizzaHut's website. After doing so, I received an email telling me that the store was being contacted and I would be contacted back shortly. This of course, never happened. Although I'm a lifelong fan, this was the last time I will ever give Pizza Hut my hard earned money. Disappointed. Do not order delivery!
I waited for 2 hours to have my food delivered the other night so I figured that I would go and pick up my next order... it's been an hour since I've ordered and now I have been sitting in the restaurant for 30 minutes. Be prepared to wait, folks.
Well this place is a total train wreck! First of all the guy working was SO STONED I 'm not sure he knew where he was, It wasn 't earth!! I made an order 1/2/23 8ish pm. I was supposed to get (2) 3-topping pizzas, (1) order breadsticks, and (1) order cinnabon rolls. This was the special. What I received was: No Breadsticks, 1 VERY RAW pizza with Incorrect Toppings, and Wrong Crust, 1 Pizza with NO Sauce, and Incorrect Toppings, VERY RAW (not even kinda warm) Cinnabon Rolls Dumped in the box!! I have called over 30 times between last night and opening today... Not one answer, not one! I called the corporate office... (Wanna be treated like trash do this) So, Corporate doesn 't take calls, they tell you to contact the store or go online. Talk about hatred toward the customer, put them in this circle! So, now I guess I get the pleasure of spending my own time and effort fighting with the card company to get my money back!! This place is terrible, and they obviously will do Anything to Avoid You!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE, YOU 'LL THANK ME!!!
I never leave reviews. Ever. This experience warranted one. My chicken and green pepper pizza with white sauce and garlic crust was splllllendid. Karen, who I would guess is the manager, is killing it over there. She showed me the pizza, boom, looked bomb asf and had me out of there in no time flat. She got me with a have a wonderful day at the end of it. Straight killing it. Rock on.
