Pizza Hut - Bloomington

Worst pizza ever it was dry hard was thin crust and I did not have thin crust it not even cut it all away. I'll never get pizza there. I had also ordered chicken wings and they claim that their friteurs just went after taking an order with chicken wings on it online. I have gone to pizza hat several times in pastness and it was not super great, but I still wanted to give it a chance. every time I left, it was always bad, but that's the worst thing ever happened. That's the last time I'll never be back!

Would be nice if pizza was warmer when delivered, and less dry. Pizza that I ordered a couple of weeks ago was much better.

The worst service I ordered on line and is almost 3 hours and I never get my order then I call and they say that the pizza was in the way and it never came I call and they said that they will give me my refund and I haven't received anything i Pay 61.00 I need mi monney back

You need to make sure to set realistic delivery times on the App. Our order took more than 2 hours to be delivered due to staffing issues, but the app said the order was in the oven for more than 90 minutes.

My pizza arrived cold. 50 minutes later! If I wanted a cold pizza, I could’ve gone to a store and gotten a frozen one. Fries looks like it was eaten before and of course- cold. Never ordering from them again.
