Giving 2 stars because the food itself was good. I've ordered from this place MANY times it has always been my favorite chinese food in the area. But today's experience made it so I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered online with a coworkerand I ordered beef lo mein. Instead of sending the lo mein, they sent chow mein. Not a big deal. We tried to call let themknow the wrong thing was sent to request they send us a replacement when they are able. We were interrupted the whole phonecall, couldn't even get a word in then eventually got hung up on. Since we still wanted the food we ordered, we put anotherorder in with another order of lo mein and called again just to ask if they can make sure they make it as lo mein this time. Theman on the phone was once again rude laughed at me for asking and said he was making it now then hung up on me again. Like Isaid, the food itself is good. But due to the horrible service I received today, I won't be ordering from them again. I shouldalso add that I was never offered a refund or to make it right. I had to PAY for the 2nd order even though it was a mistake ontheir end just to get what I wanted.

My husband ordered my supposed favorite dish, teriyaki chicken on a stick, and house special fried rice. The chicken was very dry and tasted old, while the rice was hard and lacked shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. There were too many onions and no eggs. When my husband called to address the issue, not only did they refuse to refund our money (which we hadn't even asked for), but they hung up and were extremely rude for no reason. I would advise against anyone going to this restaurant. When we visited, the place was empty, now I understand why they lacked customers and good service.

Additionally, the food preparation sanitation is questionable. The white rice tasted like it had been cleaned with a solution.

I have never been let down by their food delivery service on UberEats. The cream cheese wontons are fantastic, airy, and sweet. The fried rice and beef/chicken with garlic sauce are delicious. You must try the fried or steamed dumplings! If you enjoy spicy food, be sure to request extra spice! I am selective when it comes to restaurants, and this is my favorite choice.

After waiting an HOUR for food delivery, I called the restaurant to make sure my order was received . I was shocked, when I was not asked for any order information or address, just told ?this is the food business, be patient; it, may take an hour, maybean hour and a half.? I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I always order Eddie Cheng and receive everything, hot andfresh in under 30 minutes, every time. So much for trying something new. The delivery guy came to my door at 8:47pm the orderwas placed at 6:43 pm.
