Bidrage med feedbackOrdered a large size of wings, garlic Parm and the Maple bacon. Both wings were absolutely amazing. Truly tasty, ???? unfortunately we also ordered the dessert pizza, expecting something a bit more... Dessert like. It was a classic combo ofcinnamon and icing on a pie, The crust was a bit overly thin, and it had the thickest layer of cinnamon I could imagine, it wasintimidating to the soul. The closest thing I could compare it to was the cinnamon challenge. Other than that and quite a longwait (45 minutes or so did pick up which said around 30 so we just waited a bit after that) the food was amazing. Quiteamazing, definitely would eat there again.
Pizza was pretty good. Enjoyed it. What I loved was the little fried cheese nuggets!! Came in from out of town and just picked a place. Glad I did. Pizza is tasty for sure.......just get the cheddar nuggets or whatever they call em. Didn't need dipping, plain is fine. People real nice, inside is good as well. Good atmosphere 100
Been a big Flingers fan for a while. I like the fact that they have unique options that are a bit uncommon amongst other pizza spots. They also have one of my favs, flinger rolls. For this visit the wife and I stick with pizza. She had the The Venetianminis the onions (she's picky like that ???? . Always a good pie the ricotta makes it soooo good. I had the black jack Mac. BBQ pizza with a Mac n cheese twist. Loved the sweet BBQ with the heat of jalapenos and creamy Mac n cheese. Very wellbalanced all flavors. Would eat this again for sure. Now this visit I didn't get the flinger rolls, but I have had them in thepast. I like them because they're basically a mini pizza rolled up however you choose. You can pick the toppings you wantinside, they are rather filling and they come with a range of dipping sauces whereas you can make your own creation from theseinteresting little rolls. They're very good I often times crave them. The only drawback to the flinger rolls is there a bitpricey for topping I'd rather see that price a little lower but good nonetheless. Flingers is also known for their wide rangeof beer selection. I didn't have any beer this time but I do know that they do support many of the local brewing establishmentshere in the community which I think is awesome. You can pretty much find anything you want in the beer realm at this place andthey have several fresh on tap. Not a bad place to hang out and watch a game have a few beers and a few flinger rolls. The onedrawback I would say about flingers is that if there's a lot of people in there it tends to get very loud. Because of the waythe decor is set up it's not really good for acoustics and can get pretty loud. Otherwise it's a pretty cool place with goodatmosphere, good service good food. As I said before, one of my favorite spots to go get a good pie.
I tried Flingers a few years ago and wasn't impressed but decided to give it another (now last) chance. It was not good. The crust was tough and chewy. Very light cheese was ordered, but the actual pizza was mostly cheese, which was also tough andchewy. I never found or tasted the sauce. Instead of dumping it, I removed most of the cheese and added my own sauce andtoppings--but there was only so much that could be done. Even Domino's inexpensive hand-tossed pizza is far better. Lucca blowswhatever this pizza was out of the water.
Decent pizza and extensive beer selection. A favorite for happy hours. One warning, the parking lot is way too small so get there early.
