Cinnabon - Bloomington

Since the 1992 opening mall of america, this cinnabon is one of the original shops that are still in business here, and I have been patronin since the opening of mall. it is clear to see why, because these are wonderful gourmet bakeries made before them, so they are very difficult to resist. gourmet is the French word for the English phrase: made before you. the classic cinnamon rolls are a perfect example. they are so good. I just don't eat too many. like a fresh stack of pancakes, they will certainly raise them. another product I love is the limonade that is the best I cost. it can be sweet, but it is very tasteful and refreshing. it really hits the point. I've never had a problem in this. it may seem expensive, but this is in the mall of america, and the dinges are in the minneapolis / st. Paul metropolises are generally more expensive due to the cost of living. the workers there seem very kohesiw and work very well together. especially I would like to give the wonderful manager jasmine praise, because I want to inspire such a talented group of people. she is a very talented and busy dame that runs the load, makes baked behind the line and interacts with customers. I can see that jasmine has been with cinnabon and it shows. she seems really passionate about her work by taking care of her employees and customers. as I said, I had never had problems in this loading. jasmine, many thanks for them and their personal, for everything they all do to make the people's day brighter. you are all brilliant! I will point out that I notice it. the men seem to say to tap customers without asking courtesy, and unfortunately for them, can not get tips. the women really don't get this, but they are the ones who get the tips. if they want something, they just ask politely. tipps are given by the generousness, and free willing of the customers, so pestering them for tips they can get away in frustration. it can also be regarded as simply rude. the best way to get tips is simply quiet do the fine jobs they do, serve customers. I will also suggest a block for cash tips. theft seems to be a recurring problem in the mall of america, and it is disgusting to see. the tips we give are for the Cinnabon employees, so they are for their livelihoods. please respect them because they try to make a living like all others.

A must-visit when you’re at MOA! The sweets are delicious and the coffee is great. However, I was disappointed that there isn't a comfortable place to sit and truly enjoy the experience.

They forgot my friends coffee even there wasn't a line? My Cinnabon sticks were cold too. Overpriced.

What I loved about my cinnamon roll was its size—perfect for a second dinner or for sharing as a little snack. The roll was wonderfully soft and seemed to melt in my mouth, and the sweetness was just right. Unlike other places I've been to, this roll had a delightful sweetness that really hit the spot. I think small cinnamon rolls would also be a great option to satisfy my cravings in the future.

There was a long line, but it moved quickly. However, the menu was a bit frustrating as it kept alternating between drinks and cinnamon options, and just when I thought I understood it, the format would change again. When I finally received my order, I was confused, and the staff didn't seem eager to help. I ordered mini items, but their "minis" turned out to be quite different from what I expected; instead, I ended up with regular smaller rolls, which were only slightly smaller than their standard sizes. Additionally, the teenager behind the counter was hard to understand and seemed to speak at me rather than to me. While I have no issues with different cultures, it was clear that communication was a barrier, and the way he addressed me felt a bit off. Eventually, another employee came over and asked the usual urgent questions. I believe the experience could improve significantly if staff members were more proficient in English; if not, they should be trained not to bark orders at customers. I plan to return, hoping for some positive changes in the future.
