Bidrage med feedbackSince the name of the restaurant is Bussin, I was hoping for an amazing Birria and tacos. Unfortunately it wasn't bussin at all. We ordered Birria and tacos, beef. Birria was way too greasy and beef lacks flavor and it was very tough. The dipping saucedidn't have any flavor. We were dipping in the sauce to compensate for tough meat. Tortilla for tacos weren't preparedcorrectly. It seemed like it was just warmed up in a microwave. We will NOT be returning and I don't recommend it.
My friend Cruz looked up places to eat. It?s my first time being in MOA. We saw Bussin and looked at reviews that seemed skeptical. But I knew that wasn?t true, we had to go check it out ourselves. Oh boy, we were not disappointed. Probably thebest birria I?ve had in awhile! Everything melted in my mouth. The sauce complimented the birria. Overall we were verysatisfied! I would highly recommend!
My husband and I wanted to try something new and he decided on Bussin Birria tacos. We ordered and paid on a tablet without having to talk to any workers. It looks like you can also order ahead for pickup. I was happy to see there were meatlessoptions. The vegan chicken is made from jackfruit and was nicely seasoned. My husband got the chicken birria tacos, there wasenough dipping sauce that came with his to share. All of the sauces are served on the side. I really enjoyed my meal and woulddefinitely stop by again.
Hands down the BEST food at MOA. Everything tastes so fresh, thoughtful and delicious. Even their tortillas are the bomb (I found out they're made FOR Bussin' by a local Lake Street business, cool! . And speaking of tortillas, the GENIUS idea to sneakone underneath the nachos to wrap up all the yummy bits when you're done is spectacular. Can't wait to try everything on themenu, and bring my Vegan pals too.
Crunchy tacos. Fried crunchy tacos that you dip in a beef broth. Good comfort food but not for a diet. The meat is well prepared. Could use less cheese. The beef broth dip is tasty.
