Pholicious - Bloomingdale

Food was good. I ordered the Pho Special but the food took so long to be served. The server had a little bit of an attitude when I asked about our food since it's been half an hour since they took our order. The place wasn't really busy. And I did ask politely. Not coming back.

Ive ordered three chicago bahn mis when im in the area working. the bread and meat are fantastic but the pickled veg is too sweet and you cant taste the paté or butter. i add dukes mayo and salt and pepper when i get home.

The food is great, this place has the best pho in Chicagoland in my opinion. However, the customer service is terrible. We were the only ones there and it took them 10 minutes just to come ask for food. No greetings, no apology, other times they wouldn’t even serve water until asked we asked for it. They spoke very impolitely and would even roll their eyes. It’s a shame considering how great the food is but the servers need to be better trained.

Whoever is giving this place less than 5 stars must really love bland food, because holy this place is truly 5 stars!! Everything was delicious. The place was awesomely decorated and had a great vibe. And the drinks! The bartender is 10 stars, and the drinks are large. Hands down recommend this place to anyone!

Ordered spring rolls, bahn mi, pho, iced coffee and smoothie. Everything I ordered was delicious!So delicious I had to go back with the whole family and close friends the same week.If you want quality food and service, this is the place to go.
