I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. The food was decent, earning a rating of 3, and the service was also satisfactory, also a 3. However, the atmosphere stood out with a higher rating of 4, making it an enjoyable place to be.

I found it ridiculous that they charged $1.07 for a single ranch dressing. The service was for takeout, and I ordered dinner, which came to about $10–20 per person.

I decided to treat myself to something sweet, but they were out of the Oreo Brookie. No problem—I ordered the S’mores instead. When I received my order, it was just ice cream with a bunch of chocolate bits. I went back through the drive-thru to mention this, and the employee explained that they were out of the traditional graham crackers, so they used a sauce instead. It would have been helpful to know that when I placed my order, as it didn’t taste the same at all. I feel like this is more about a lack of training for the staff, so I don’t blame them for following procedures. My disappointment lies with the owners; it seems they don't prioritize running a quality establishment. This place has really gone downhill, and I won’t be returning.

Went through the drive through and ordered a banana split with 2 chocolate and one strawberry. The girl said so no pineapple? I said yes. Got my banana split and it had pineapple and the ice cream was already almost completely melted. Pulled back in and parked to go inside to get it fixed and the doors were locked. There was at least 7 cars in the drive thru by now. I waited about 10 minutes and it moved one car in that time period. We decided to leave and call and speak to someone instead and what do you know no one answers the phone. This place has gone to hell.
