Bidrage med feedbackI already expect bad service from McDonald’s, but this one was bad enough to leave a review. I informed the guy working that my wife had a sesame seed allergy and there wasn’t an option for substitution on the app. When we got our food, she had two bottom buns (still had sesame seeds on them) and I had two top buns not to mention everything that was missing. The manager on duty did fix everything for us but she definitely didn’t look happy to be at work. 50 minutes later, we finally got to eat and I was wishing I would have got a refund instead. McDonald’s needs to do better, especially when it comes to food allergies. Dietary restrictions: Sesame seed allergy.

Awful customer service for the drive thru. The girl working it wanted to correct how we ordered and was extremely rude about it. The person working the window (Kelly) was so much nicer! She even checked our bag to verify we had everything! Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast
All was great. But it was surely time to leave the moment the crazy dude brings in a car battery with wires attached to a box, throws it in a booth and runs out the door. Yeah I’m gone. But thanks for the breakfast.
