Ajimi - Bldg Fort Wainwright

As it was my first time here, I can say I will certainly come back on my next visit to Fairbanks. It appeared that many other diners were regulars who were familiar with the staff. Also, there's lots of parking available!

Fantastic food! My husband and I have eaten here multiple times since moving to Fairbanks, and we've never been disappointed. The service is exceptional, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. This is always our preferred place when we crave sushi or Korean dishes.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed with a warm, clean towel and a soothing bowl of miso soup. We tried the spicy tuna sushi, paradise roll, and baskin scallop roll, and each dish was fantastic. It was my first visit, and I left feeling very satisfied.

The restaurant boasts an elegant atmosphere, and I appreciated the serene environment with just the right number of guests. The service was outstanding, and the food was served quickly, looking and tasting fantastic. I even managed to capture some great photos! I was there for a family dinner to celebrate my cousin's birthday!

The service at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is ideal for a peaceful meal. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, and during my past visits, I’ve enjoyed some amazing sushi options. However, this time, while the presentation of the dishes was striking, the flavors didn't quite meet my expectations. Everything was delicious, but I had hoped for a bit more from the Colorado roll. Overall, it was still a very good dining experience.
