Speedway - Bldg Fort Huachuca

Recently I needed gas. I pulled in to speedway at Hwy 92 and Ramsey. I tried to get gas using my debit card. I tried multiple times and finally went into the store. The lady on the other side of the counter, smiles and said oh sorry the machines are down, we can only take cash. Then she points to the front door where she put a sign. It Would have been nice to have a note on the pump so I could have driven up, read it then pulled away. I didn't have cash. She was extremely heavy so I figured the lack of customer service was due to her inability to walk to the pumps. If you can't do the job, then go do something that requires no walking. So frustrating!

The staff in this Speedway are always so friendly and welcoming. The convenience store is smaller than the one on the corner of Ramsey, but you can get liquor at this spot and not at the larger store. I've also been able to grab cheese, eggs, sour cream, etc. here when I'm in a pinch. There are fewer pumps at this location, but there's almost always a spot open.

Customer service leaves much to be desired, borderline rude.They never keep the rolls of paper filled at the gas pumps, so you have to go inside and stand in line to get your receipt. Defeats the purpose of paying at the pump.

This place is my regular. They are always friendly and it is always quick in and I am in and out. Staff has always been great, friendly, and greet me when I come in. I have been coming here for 8 months now and recommend it to anyone!

Customer service is terrible here. They took the money out of my card and never attempted to give it back.
