Soul Food Therapy Restaurant Cake Bar

As a old southern boy from Arkansas I have to say this place is incredibly good 'ol down home cookin. Had the pork chops mac cheese and greens. TOOK ME HOME ! The owner is a sweetheart and a true treasure with that warm southern welcoming hospitality that would make you want to come back if only to see HER ! An absolute jewel, gracious and a true lady ! LOVE THE PLACE !

Soul food in Sierra Vista who would have thought..... This place is fantastic it rivals soul food I've enjoyed in Nashville, Charlotte and New Orleans. I had to try the Sunday special Shrimp Grits and it did not disappoint. Great mix of flavors, great taste and consistency. The Mac Cheese side was great too, with a little of crunch on the top. My wife had the Cajun Garlic Butter Glazed Salmon. Also tasted great and was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and the service prompt. We will absolutely be back next time we're in the area!

I can't tell you how effing delicious the food is here! I literally can't put it into words. It has instantly become my favorite place to eat in Cochise County. The service was excellent. The sweet tea is legit. I'll come back, that's a promise!

This place has great reviews so $100+ for three adults was worth the risk … but it didn’t pay off. We got all the sides … except they were out of sweet potatoes??!!! We should have cancelled and left then. Orders were wrong … twice and never made correct. Food was minimal in portion and not as advertised for the money and most of it tasted like licking the salt jar and nothing more. We are from southern Louisiana so we know good soul food. And with a name like Soul Food Therapy! The best things on the menu were the mac and garlic mash which can be found almost anywhere these days. Thumbs downs 100% on meats drinks cornbread and cakes. We will never eat here again.
