I enjoyed the limited vegan options on the menu, such as the vegan bowl, chips, salsa, and the $10 guacamole. However, I found it disappointing that there is only one dedicated vegan menu item despite them offering vegan cheese and meat. It would be nice if there were more options available. I am not sure if it is possible, but perhaps customers could negotiate with the wait staff to create their own custom vegan dish. However, this seems like an inconvenience to have to do every time you dine at the restaurant. It just doesn't make sense. (Review updated from July 10, 2022)

The vegetarian and vegan choices are conveniently organized in a separate section of the menu, making it easy to find something that fits your taste preferences. The service is reliable and quick, the restaurant is clean, the food is tasty, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful. Overall, not a bad experience for a chain restaurant!

First time eating there, we got take out and it was at the end of the night and they treated us like they just opened for the day. While we waited they gave us chips and salsa. I got a spinach Anchlata it was amazing. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I absolutely love Plaza. It's our go-to local restaurant and it's amazing. We go there every two weeks because it never disappoints. The food is cooked to perfection, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The hidden gem on the menu is definitely the soups. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the manager was fantastic in handling any issues we had. The atmosphere is great with a nice bar area, plenty of booth and table seating. It can get a bit crowded on busy nights, but the patio is a definite plus. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you get. The drink options for adults are fantastic and well-made. The kids' menu is good and on certain days they even have a magician or balloon artist to entertain them. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with easy access to and from the parking lot, as well as plenty of open access tables for easy seating.
