Bidrage med feedbackWe had a tour of the facilities, which was really informative. The organic farming movement is so important for the future. The cafe has an awesome menu.
Took the tour today with Dante as our guide. Super informative, fascinating, inspiring! So cool to know this place is doing such important work right here in Carbon County!
We loved eating lunch here! No wonder it was so packed on a Saturday. My fiancé and I were in the mood for a healthy, filling lunch after hiking at Nescopeck state park.We stopped in here and both had the Mushroom sandwich (I forget the name, but it was vegetarian and had aoli, pesto, and a huge shitaki mushroom on it) with a side salad and it was PHENOMENAL.They also had 2 flavors of kombucha on tap which was refreshing and tasy.. we ended up getting a blueberry lavender blend. The atmosphere and environment were really clean and cozy, and afterwords we walked around the little market area inside and ended up getting a few boxes of mushrooms and a quart of frozen soup to take home. The workers were so friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to like working there, I can see why!Overall.. 10/10 atmosphere. Very fresh and full of lush plants.11/10 food. My fiancé says his sandwich was one of the best he's ever had (and he can be picky!)10/10 experience.
Definitely one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Pancakes are fantastic. Great staff. Can’t wait to go back on a weekend for a tour. Loved all the different organic items
This place is super COOOOOOLLLLL! Part cafe, part market with fresh local produce, lots of vegan options! We ordered a few vegan options. Chocolate chip cookies, mushroom biscuits and gravy, a breakfast hash, and the allvega. The food was all VERY GOOD. I would most certainly eat here again. Everything tasted amazing, was hot and made fresh with quality ingredients. Even the baked goods were fantastic. We got a vegan chocolate chip cookie that was still warm and perfection.
