Taste Of Napoli - Blairsville

I wouldn't say the food here is bad. It's okay. I got some pasta that was... Edible. The thing is nothing about this place stood out. The food was not amazing, but not terrible. The people who helped me were chatting with other customers and seemed like nice individuals, but they didn't interact with me in any particular way. So I give this three stars because it's fine. I'm not sure I'm going to be going back there because I can't think of what I would order that would impress me. I guess if you're visiting Blairsville or you just moved here like me, you'll have to make your own decision on whether or not this place floats your boat.

We ordered an antipasto salad, fried mozzarella sticks, and a margarita pizza. Let’s break it down: The antipasto salad was quite good overall, though I felt it could have been improved by using locally grown tomatoes, as the ones served were bland (light pink and white in color) and I decided to remove them from the salad. Everything else was tasty, and I would definitely order this salad again. Their Italian dressing was also delicious. Unfortunately, the mozzarella sticks were overcooked, resulting in a crunchy texture that left the cheese dried out. The dipping sauce had great flavor, but it couldn’t save those crispy sticks. I suspect they were fried well before the rest of our meal was ready, leaving them to sit for about 20 minutes. On a positive note, the margarita pizza was excellent—hands down the best I’ve had in years! The crust was cooked to perfection, and the anchovies served on the side were a delightful addition to the already great pie. I would absolutely order this again. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant, especially for the pizza, which was a standout compared to other local pizzerias. I won't name names, but just because a parking lot is full doesn’t guarantee that the pizza is worth your time. Thank you, Napoli, for satisfying my craving for a great pizza!

Excellent food and even better service. The dining room was closed so we asked the kind folks here if we could sit in the back of our truck in the parking lot and eat. They immediately insisted on setting us up tables and chairs outside to enjoy our meals. Best service I have ever had at any restaurant. Thanks again Taste of Napoli!

I had to give this restaurant one star just to leave a review. Unfortunately, this place is no longer at this location. We tried every phone number we could find, but the only one that works is a recorded message that just keeps repeating. No one ever answers. (We were hoping to find out if they have moved to a new location.) Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Dinner.
