Not only the best restaurant in Racine, but the best restaurant north of the Mason Dixon line! The weekly specials are amazing as well as the service! Must try the tableside guacamole!

Javier's is a great family oriented reasturant. Great service, good food reasonably priced. I enjoyed seeing a younger staff really work hard. They must have great parents and/or role models. Nice atmosphere, not loud. You can carry a conversation with whoever you're with. What a concept!
The food is fantastic, service is quick and attentive. The building and general area is run down a bit, but the inside of the restaurant is clean and cozy. We had the Pollo Rico and Fish Tacos. Really great flavor, freshness, serving size, etc. Totally worth eating here.
