The staff is extremely impolite when answering the phone. They do not provide the names of the dishes and often abruptly end the call without saying goodbye.

The food is consistently amazing and the customer service is excellent. I plan to become a regular at this restaurant, with General Tso's chicken being my go-to dish. I have been coming here for 5 years and have never had a single bad experience (some may find the staff to be rude, but I haven't experienced that). The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food. Customers definitely get their money's worth and more. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who has or has not tried it. 10/10.

I absolutely adore Jimmy's. There is no other takeout that can compare. I drive all the way from Lanham just to get their food. Their wings are the best. The mambo sauce is good, although not the absolute best I've ever had. The lo mein is absolutely delicious, especially when you add all the different meats in it. The steak and cheese, as well as the chicken steak and cheese, are also very tasty. My family and I have been ordering from Jimmy's for about 15 years, and I have tried a variety of items on their menu. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience.
