Subway - Blackwood

I recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch from this restaurant. The food was absolutely top-notch, earning a solid 5 out of 5. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was equally impressive, with friendly staff who made the ordering process smooth and pleasant. Although I opted for takeout, the atmosphere of the place felt warm and inviting, which is why I’m giving it a perfect score as well. Overall, a delightful experience and an incredible value for the price! Highly recommended!

I visited the Blackwood location and was disappointed to find that it didn't open until 9:30 AM and didn’t offer a breakfast menu. I assume it's a franchise, but it should still provide the full range of options since it's part of the Subway brand. I'm not sure who would want a regular sub at that time, especially since breakfast is typically served until 11 AM. Unfortunately, I will be avoiding this location in the future since all other stores serve breakfast.

Staff were fantastic, as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with a warm smile and welcome, staff helped with decision by explaining options. Restaurant appeared very clean and tidy, staff were great, I would definitely go back again soon. Staff was OK but one in pontypridd was much better staff than merthyr one Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
