Bidrage med feedbackThe staff at this restaurant could benefit from learning better customer service skills. I ordered the house special wonton and was instructed to call it "soup." I felt embarrassed as I was not aware of the correct terminology. A more pleasant tone from the server would have made my dining experience more enjoyable. Furthermore, the server was rude when I picked up my order. After being a customer for 20 years, I have decided to no longer patronize this establishment. I will also be leaving a negative review on Google.
This restaurant always offers reasonably priced, gorgeous, and flavorful sushi. The service is prompt for takeout orders, and the meal type is typically lunch. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food quality and service both receive a rating of 5 out of 5. Highly recommended dishes include sushi, sashimi, and tuna.
I frequently dine at this restaurant - the owners are friendly and the food is consistently delicious! The food scores a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
Looking for someplace new to try, which brought us to Mandarin Cuisine in Blackwood. I called to order via delivery, but was told I could only do that online. I asked if they used a third party delivery service, but the woman on the phone said, 'No, no, no, no. You just have to order it online if it 's for delivery. ' Weird, but ok. Turns out, they absolutely DO use a third party delivery service...the prices are marked up considerably and there was a $6.99 delivery charge (I live less than 1/4 mile from them. Cost me $55.00 to feed 3 people. One item purchased was a quart of shrimp lo mein, but instead of lo mein, they gave us fried rice. I called and they said, oh, sorry...you can swing by the restaurant tomorrow and we 'll give you the lo mein. Um...NO. My family was eating chinese food tonight, so ONE lo mein meal tomorrow night didn 't do anything for me. They did bring the replacement. I had also ordered veggies in brown sauce that all tasted like it had come out of a tin can. I 'm guessing the brown sauce was canned and not fresh. What a disappointment! As for the delivery itself, they put it outside my front door, but never knocked or rang our doorbell to let us know it was here. They did send a text, but I was not near my phone, so I didn 't hear it. Our dinner sat outside for half an hour before I saw the text. Who doesn 't KNOCK when delivering food?? This was our first experience with Mandarin Cuisine and our last.
Excellent Chinese Food and sushi. Highly recommend. Food: 5
