Chick-fil-a - Blackwood

My Chick fil A has the best staff. Customer service is on point, organized and prompt. The Drive-Thru employees have an orderer, someone who gives deliveries, then you have someone directly to give you your meal. 5 stars for me! The food is cooked per order and never disappointing!!

Great service, literally ruined my whole meal. I was so excited to get my meal for lunch and get my cheese sauce, but those lower grade employees didn't give it to me when I made it clear that I wanted the cheese sauce. Chick fil a I don't come for your chicken if I went somewhere for good chicken I would? ve went to Popeyes, but I wanted that good. You? ve totally failed me and I? re chain is allowed to ruin people?s days like that.

The first time I was there. Clean, good service, didn't want long. The food was excellent will definitely return.

I love Chick-fil-A. In particular, this store seems to hurt more employees. I went a few weeks ago and they didn't offer a lock. The characters were turned around, but the option was still available on the app. After sitting in my car for 10 minutes, I decided to go where my order was finally waiting for me. Please note that I did not leave during the lunch break. In all my experiences Chick-fil-A always knows this seems to be one of the slowest. The staff is very friendly. Eating is always hot and generally consistent taste wise. The service time is my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

It's not bad enough that they seem to take everything off the menu that I've always liked..but this is probably the 8th time that I've pulled up at 9 30pm or a little after 9pm and they are closed. The door says the hours are mon-sat 6 30am-10pm. I am a hairdresser and work till 9 and sometimes I have to stay a little late. Well i came tonight to get my grandmom mack and cheese because she fell and broke her arm and busted her teeth so badly that they are loose. Mac and cheese is something she could manage and was looking forward to. I work at a hair salon and we are NEVER allowed to close early..not even 1 minute. Thanks AGAIN for wasted time I took driving here.
