Subway Waterloo Road - Blackpool

I came into subway to day and I was haveing a nice chat with Bradley haveing a laugh and talking about the pleasure beach and he so good to get on with so would like to say thanks u to him

Today, I visited a restaurant and encountered a lovely girl working behind the counter. She was very busy and seemed overwhelmed as she was the only one working. She had to handle both in-store customers and online orders from Just Eat. The girl was very pleasant and polite, but it was not fair for her to be left alone during such a busy time.

I visited the restaurant today and the server was very polite and followed all the procedures correctly. However, I could tell he was feeling the pressure from an evaluation because he was being closely monitored and questioned by a woman who did not have a uniform or badge. She was also not wearing a hat while behind the counter, which is not acceptable. Regardless of who you are, a hat should always be worn when working behind the counter. I hope the server passed the evaluation.

This Subway shares the space with a fast food outlet. It was empty when I arrived. This was only the second Subway that I have ever been to and based on this experience, I would definitely eat here again and would choose to eat at...Subway a lot more often.The lady who served me was very polite and patient. She explained the process to me as I have limited experience with Subway. I have special dietary needs and so had to check the allergen menu before ordering anything. It is displayed prominently on the wall by the counter and there is also a smaller version of it on the counter-top. This information was greatly appreciated. There was no rush and I was pleased that I could take my time to make sure that everything was right. I found plenty that I could eat and created my own salad. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were generous. It was delicious and excellent value for money.

Went for breakfast this morning the gentleman I must admit was one of the most friendly member of staff i have been served at Subway, if you are reading a massive pat on the back
