Mcdonald's - Blackpool

The service at the cash register was acceptable, but the restaurant is in desperate need of a cleaner. It seems like they don't have one, especially on Sundays, as the toilets were even worse than those in arcades. There was urine on the floor, no toilet paper, and the smell was unbearable. Despite its great location, this McDonald's is clearly in need of more staff.

Worst Macdonalds in the world!!! No service, people waiting everywhere, rubbish falling out of the bins. Just awful, staff avoiding eye contact and manager talking to them in a group....while everyone is waiting on food. I tried to order but that didn't happen after 20mins of standing, waiting for some kind of service. I walked out.

We frequented the restaurant on a Saturday evening and despite it being busy, the service was excellent and it was evident how hard the staff were working. Couldn’t fault the food and there was a member of the team constantly clearing away tables to keep the place in order. The staff and managers went above and beyond by allowing me to charge my phone and getting me onto the free WIFI so that I could order an Uber to get home.

This restaurant is an absolute disgrace. The dumpster outside was overflowing, with trash flying down the street and littering the floor. The inside was just as bad, filled with garbage everywhere. It was clear that no one had cleaned up for hours, and yet people were still expected to eat there. I spoke to the manager to express my concerns about the mess, but nothing was done. This isn't even a busy day, so there's no excuse for the state of this place.

The best thing about this place is the free toilets. They forgot my dips and when I notified the supervisor he said “sorry we are busy” yet him and his female supervisor were stood there doing nothing while all the workers were doing nothing on a busy Saturday afternoon. They should be spot checking a few of the orders at least, offering some sort apology when people raise issues, terrible management team at this franchise.
