Fishers Plaice - Blackpool

Great food, friendly staff and large portions. The food is cooked to order and is one of the few chip shops that sells fresh fish.

Once upon a time this was easily the best chippy in Blackpool, sadly since ownership changed it has gone downhill. Last visit we got fish and chips with fruity curry sauce, the fish was 80 percent batter and 20 fish, chips were ok but defo reheated and they gave us spicy curry instead of the fruity one. Overall I guess it was edible, just not the standard it used to be.

This has got to be the best fish and chips shop in Blackpool. The fish is delicious and everything is worth the price. They also do different types of fritters, we highly recommend the pea fritter! It’s out of this world! Staff are really really friendly and always serve with a big smile.

Never again, chips greasy fish soggy, and one of staff off her head with drink Or drugs. Other staff need to get a grip of situation. Threw it all in the bin.
