New Dragon - Blackburn with Darwen

The dining experience at this restaurant was challenging due to difficulty understanding the staff. Our order was prepared incorrectly, and when we called to address the issue, we were told that nothing could be done. While the food was decent, the customer service was lacking.

Dirty takeaway restaurant in need of a thorough cleaning. The staff is rude and unpleasant. I suggest avoiding this place and finding somewhere else to spend your money. You will surely be left disappointed.

I had a takeaway meal delivered which included a sealed bag of prawn crackers. After eating some of them, I found one that had 2 flies stuck to it absolutely sickening. I rang the takeaway to give them chance to try to make amends...but they wouldn't even accept what I said, despite me still having the food and also offering to send them a photo of it. All they said was they shouldn't have been there well, I know that! I have now reported them to the local environmental health department and am waiting for them to respond to me. So if you don't like dead flies, I wouldn't order from here!

The chicken chow mein is the best I've had my husband likes the singapore vermicelli the beef in black bean sauce, the crispy chilli chicken wings are delicious,we've also tried the curry and crispy duck all have been lovely, we can't fault...this traditional Chinese takeaway it's not a lot to look at but the food is very good
