Party of 4 and the reviews of dishes were mixed. The worst way a $50 cut of prime rib that was significantly overdone. Very pricy for the quality and quantity of food. Best bargain on the menu was the burger.

This is our second time coming to eat at white buffalo and it did but disappoint. The food was great, the ambience was great but the staff was like no other. They were all very attentive and our waiter was awesome he interacted with us and even recognized us from our trip last year. Will be going back for sure

My husband and I have eaten dinner at the White Buffalo on special occasions for many years and have truly enjoyed each time! However, this time, we were very disappointed. Our server was excellent in servicing our table but the dinner entrees' weren't like what we remembered from our past visits eating there. My husband had the special which was a Steak and Brussel Sprouts. He said his steak, tasted very fatty and the Brussel Sprouts were ever so dry . He could only eat about half of the steak and couldn't eat the Brussel sprouts, not appealing at all for the price. Also the bread we were served in the basket was very dry! I had the Shrimp entree' and it was very good, but way over priced since that's all you get and if you want a baked potato, etc.. there's an extra cost on top of the entree'. (All in all), we wish we could give an excellent review like in the past visits but need to be truthful, as we probably will not eat there again for what you get for the price. However, note again, that we thought the service was great, and although my husbands meal was not very appealing, he enjoyed a wonderful slice of Cheesecake (on the House).

The service was great as usual. The main course dishes weren't as good as usual this time though. We have eaten here quite a few times over the past year, and the food is typically very well-prepared. But this time the New York Strip steak was gristly, and the Grilled Salmon wasn't cooked as well as usual-it was pink inside, rather than flakey as it usually is cooked. Other than that, the meal was good. The side dishes were good, and we always enjoy the view from the restaurant looking down on Blackhawk.
