Bidrage med feedbackWe expect that, fortunately, the evening before lunch in speech we had feasted late, otherwise we would have been perhaps more critical. After an appetizer with meats, as usual not well traceable as sliced, cheese as good as scarce, and agrodolce onion very good and superior to the pseudocaponata of the other cup, comes a dish of maloreddus of cheese appearance, of just enough quantity, considering that, unlike the consolidated tradition of Sardinian farms, is offered only one first. The second was composed of slender and inconsistent pumpkin and onions boats, filled with a preponderant meat-based dough (among the ingredients the duck was named). Red wine good but we are not connoisseurs. Good bitter salad and excellent carasatu. Unfailing peaches, too similar to those just seen in a supermarket. The coffee, made with moka and served with a slice of ricotta with little drops of honey, ... better lose it than send it down. For those who appreciate alcohol you can finally draw from three different bottles of liquor: aquavite, myrtle and pompia (we only tasted this). The quality of food is not excellent but absolutely acceptable, however the number of courses and the quantities authorize to expect an account of 30 euros to the maximum, and not of 35.
The place is very nice, the priceless panorama, the structure is managed by very welcoming people, the lunch served on the veranda excellent and of great quality, good the appetizer the first homemade from wise hands, the perfect porcetto, seadas n.1...to visit, possibility to sleep available 5 rooms. Book great everything
Up in the hills, about an hours drive from San Theodoro, this unpretentious farmhouse restaurant with only a few tables Offers simple but delightful local food, more or less all grown or produced locally. Anti-pasti, local hams and cheeses followed by great pasta and a right jug of local red wine... dessert was fresh fruit followed by a fantastic nut cake (for which I had to ask the recipe it was so good! Really a fantastic experience not to be missed if you get the chance.
We came unannounced and perhaps a bit early, But in 10 minutes They produced a fantastic meal all home grown. This is the Best meal we had on lur trip. And the hosts were so nice.
We end up here without booking driving in this area. They welcomed us very well and in a very simple way. They served us a set menu with really fresh homemade delicious food. The starters were including the most delicious ricotta I never had, fresh made on the day plus others very good fresh cheeses, salami and delicious vegetables. The homemade pasta with meat tomato sauce and the meat was so delicious. We also had Cannonau wine, coffee, digestive bottles to serve as much as we want and a delicious homemade cake. A really good food and life experience!
