Red Lobster - Bismarck

Red Lobster is hit and miss. This particular evening, we waited over an hour for our meal, and it was cooling off when we finally got it. The main thing for me is that it's 2000 miles or so from the nearest ocean, and if you've ever eaten fresh seafood, you can tell the difference. But the servers are wonderful. Jade S. was on top of it all evening.

I only went to red lobster once when I was a child and I was too young to remember it so this was basically a brand new experience for me. I was pleased with the variety of foods to choose from and the way it came out. The Orzo was definitely way too dry and undercooked so I will not get that next time but everything else was excellent. I do think it is too expensive for every day eating but I was very glad to have had this experience and I left happy and full.

Stopped here for some lunch after a visit to Sandford health. What can we say, it's red lobster?? But for being in North Dakota, what do you expect. Our waitress Cinthia was fabulous and funny. Overall we had a good time and the food was decent.

We have been going to Red Lobster for 30 years and we have noticed as the prices go up, the customer service goes down. We used to love going here, but our waitress had a horrible attitude. The tea we ordered was not mango and tasted rancid so we exchanged it for a different drink . So sorry we inconvenienced you, but we are also paying your wages. You should treat your customers better. Please don’t roll your eyes at us.

Pleasantly surprised how amazing it was! The waitress was top notch, just cool as a cucumber. If ya closed your eyes you would think it was fresh caught.
