Mcdonald's - Bishop Auckland

The restaurant was very crowded during tea time. We dined in for dinner and the service was excellent. The price per person ranged from £10–20. There was plenty of parking available, with free parking options in the parking lot.

This McDonald's was the worst I have ever been to. My order was forgotten and I never received an apology. The staff were too busy talking to each other. The food was terrible. Overall rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1. Type of meal: Take out, Breakfast. Price per person: £1-10.

Food was ok but a load of dips were missed. No worse feeling than getting home and finding out your dipless. Miffed is an understatement Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

McDonald's in Bishop Auckland is hit or miss when it comes to the milkshake machine being operational. Recently, I've been enjoying the banana-chocolate milkshake instead of just chocolate, but they can't seem to get it right when I ask for a banana-chocolate flavor. The hardest worker in the restaurant is the lady who cleans up the main dining area; she is friendly, lovely, and full of character.
