Kfc Bishop Auckland Heritage Park

One twister ordered in the drive through. Wasn’t busy, took 30 minutes to bring it out. This is the second time this has happened at this location. It had to be the slowest and worst KFC I have ever been to. Never again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive through today. I was asked to park up. After waiting 30 minutes, I went in and asked where my order was. and I wasn’t the only one. At least 10 other customers were also complaining that they had been waiting for over 30 minutes. Eventually after 40 minutes I got my order, which was wrong. They then corrected the order which was brought out wrong again. 50 minutes after ordering, I eventually left with my £36.99 worth of food. I’ve had bad experiences here before but this is by far the worst. I will never use this KFC ever.
