Bar de la Playa - Biscarrosse

If you want a quick lunch in Biscarosse I can recommend everybody this seaside restaurant. Fine cuisine with fresh ingredients like warm duck meat in a salade or guacamole with seafood salade. Friendly staff. All you need is here. Just enjoy.

We are here on the last night of our holiday as I wanted to have moules and my son wanted to try the tuna. Both were excellent. The ice cream is the same price as wandering up and down the main drag and you get the added benefit of the service, sitting down and taking in the stunning view. The staff are friendly and very fast. No bookings, we were only deux personnes and got our table very quickly. If you are a big group and its a nice day then arrive earlier than 8pm. In August if the night is warm the beach is still full and people are swimming in the dark at 10pm. And the sunset is photogenically addictive and make sure you have the storage space on your phone as you can't help snapping away!

We ate at this seaside restaurant twice during our holidays. It was such joy eating while looking at the ocean. The food was good value for money and the staff very friendly and hard working during the busy lunchtimes. We has two very relaxing lunches and couldn't get enough of the view. Highly recommend if you go to Biscarosse plage.

Went here about 4 times on our recent holiday. The food was very good, the mussels like most places in this area were very reasonable and very tasty. My favourite were the roquefort mussels, with a lovely creamy cheesy sauce. The staff were very friendly and worked really hard. What makes this place very special, was it's location, just above the beech with the sound of the Atlantic breakers coming in, and especially the sunset over the ocean which was quite breathtaking. For this reason it was our favourite place.

Nice friendly place right on the sea front where we sat and watched the sun go down!! You can purchase drinks , snacks or a meal. Reasonably priced, we ate here twice and both times were good , my partner had the mussels which he thought were superb!!
