Wagamamas is always great yaki soba is predictable delicious. service by jamal was friendly and competent delivered. a great meal with friends.

Today to lunch. eloise was our waitress and she was absolutely beautiful. so friendly and efficient. jack the manager spoke to us and he was just as friendly, efficient and professional. nothing seemed too much annoyed, although the restaurant was really busy. the drinks were cold and the food was hot and delicious. we will definitely visit again. well done.

They are deliberately rude, it behave is completely unacceptable, no customer service training, which eat always great, wc bad clean, u can bring the personal with other ppl, coworkers, riders and customers, all disgusting words, u don't want to bring children. present their fear to each other.

Really disappointed with today's experience. the personal was ignorant and intimidating, (I asked where the toilets were and coworkers were just on exit to envisioned and said over there, although they were not at the exit, they were down), eating came absolutely...At a distance, daughter ordered mild and got hot my vegan chicken pieces were all soggy and bao bungalows not warm. I hardly paid for an adult and a child. for this price, I would at least expect the staff to smile at the conversation with us instead of feeling uncomfortable and would expect that eating is warm and that they get the order right.
