Pizzaland - Birmingham

I was a patient in the qe hospital, I gave special delivery instructions to the wad even the bed number. the food was not delivered, but I was charged anyway. I have raised a dispute with just eat and pizza land and say that eating is delivered. it was not delivered, they are absolute liars

Hi. This isn't a completely negative review but let me start with the bad. The pizza is hopelessly bad quality. The pizza base is what lets it down the most. It's a pre-made more bread like base and it was undercooked. The toppings i had...were actually nice. The potatos wedges tasted reheated and gross. The chicken strippers had a nice taste to them. Overall i would like to say good value for money but i won't be going back there to eat again because I'll will rather spend the extra cash on a nice pizza.

Service is terrible. These people need to learn customer service. Food tastes terrible and they keep hanging up the phone constantly.

Pizza is good but have on multiple occasions found the staff here to be very rude often getting the order wrong and not wanting to rectify it latest one was me trying to explain that a 500ml bottle of coke is not the same as...a 1.5l bottle of coke as advertised

Pizza was not good at all. Chips were soggy. Garlic bread was the only decent thing out of the whole order.
