Nando's - Birmingham

Staff were not as friendly as I have experienced at Nandos.The asian lady on the till was very abrupt.

Food is cold and bland. But the staffs are nice and helpful.

Went today and they were extremely short staffed. (Only one member of floor staff at the time we went . Even though this was the case, Shrudie/Trudy (i cant remember her name! remained calm and her customer service was still top notch. Food was lush as always. Dont normally leave reviews for nando’s cos i eat at nando’s probably twice a week but felt as though this member of staff deserved a review x

We were hosted and served by Trudy who was an absolute star. She was very warm and welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our food and dining experience. The quality food and fast service was also an added bonus

Service was quick, the food also came out fast and hot. They noted all my allergies and ensured everything was separated correctly. Very clean and great customer service. Food is great as always too!
