Food is cold and bland. But the staffs are nice and helpful.

We were hosted and served by Trudy who was an absolute star. She was very warm and welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our food and dining experience. The quality food and fast service was also an added bonus

Upon arrival we was greeted by member of staff who seated us, the back ground music was to loud and stuggled to have any kind of a conversation with anyone. After ordering food we waited and waited and waited and noticed people arriving after we getting food served ,the otther half went to find out how long to find our meal and others under the heat gantry as staff was struggling to get meals out. There was sevreal empty tables which needed clearing from previous customers and there is nothing worse than looking at plates with food left on stacked up .overall meal was good and it was very busy and staff looked fed up .

Not an enjoyable experience. I have been to a lot of nandos and have never had so poor an experience. Initial problem with bad customer service regarding seating and overcharged for meal.

Decor needs updated. Booth seats are ripped. Tables not cleaned properly.
