Mr Singh's - Birmingham

Came here again after a few years (as we live too far away from it). Good food, good service and good value too. Had the thin base pizza as we find the thicker pan (standard) pizzas too heavy.

My mum had I had a pizza this evening as it’s my mum’s birthday today. My mum and I hardy have takeaways Mr Singhs pizzas are the best my mum and I feel. We had a the Sweet vegetarian with vegan cheese and potato wedges . A lovely man delivered the food to us tonight. Happy festive of light to you all. We really enjoyed pizza plenty of vegetables and cheese on our pizza. A nice lady also took our order over the telephone. Thank you all of Mr Singh’s. Could not even see the trust on the pizza we had. The wedges were lovely and a nice pile of wedges we had too in the box.

One of the most disgusting customer service I’ve delt with in my life I’ve been giving them business for the last 5 years and yet everytime I place a order I get told a different sorry That we can’t deliver because it’s to far Then I’m told we don’t have any drivers etc Absolutely pathetic service this place should be shut down not because of the food but the customer service they offer I’m appalled

We've visited and enjoyed Mr Singh's pizzas for many years. It is a Handsworth Wood institution, not only for the delicious and wholesome food, but the enjoyable family environment run by a local family. Last week was my first visit in a wheelchair. The staff were very proactive in ensuring that I had an enjoyable visit. Entry was via a permanent ramp, not at the usual entrance but one a few metres away. Space was made for me and chairs cleared with out any fuss. We had a most enjoyable pizza lunch and complimented the the manager on the disabled facilities, which includes a well equipped and fully-functioning lavatory. Until I'd visited Mr Singh's I was concerned that access might not be possible. I was pleased that it was and hope to visit again in the near future.

Stone cold pizza and missing item. Standards have definitely slipped. Hopefully things will improve soon.
