They were extremely unhelpful in addressing my concerns with UberEats and kept hanging up on me. They offered no solution, showed no concern, and refused to let me speak with the manager. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, displaying a lack of competence in performing their duties.

Terrible Manager don’t know what they’re doing any of them should sack them all. Don’t know why the manager has such a rude face like she owns the place mate you’re working in maccies for a living like stfu

Pub and bar hopping around this part of town and my rwin brother Stephen and I decided to grab a quick burger meal and as this Maccy's was on hand chose here . Your typical McDonald's, bright and modern interior, we ordered double cheeseburger, fries and cola,service was quick and our burger meals tasty and filling, price was good ,all in all it was just what we needed, its cheap,tasty grub on the go that won't break the bank . Easy to locate on New Street ,well worth a visit if you're in the area.

I vitiated this store recently and got the best ever customer service for my business meeting. As a result, a client has signed a £25million contract with my company. I would like the supervisor/ superiors of this wonderful store to personally thank Uzma as she was an attribute to my business’ success. Also, the food was great! And so was the seating!

It was just so busy. We ordered from the machine and got a number and got served within 5-10 minutes and we took our food upstairs to eat. The place was clean and the food was ok (Breakfast McMuffin). Whilst we were upstairs there was a very noisy training course going on at the end. (The room either didn't have a door or it was left open). Anyway cheap food, served fairly quickly
