Beefeater Longbridge - Birmingham

Very good service and good range of food. My rare steak was a good rare, which can be rare in itself! Special shout out to the red-haired guy on the bar, sorry I don 't know your name. Top customer service, the phrase above and beyond was invented for you. Thanks very much and hope to see you same time next year!

Nice place, staff have good food recommendations, and were really engaging and attentive. Festive menu was delicious.

Popped in for lunch, with their specials of £12.99p for two mains. Shown straight to a table, and although there only seemed to be one waitress on, she was quick and efficient. Food was prompt and tasted really good. Great value!

Been staying in the Premier inn connected to this Beefeater and have to say it was fantastic. The staff are lovely. Charlotte and her team are superb. Food was very tasty.

Service was appalling, took nearly an hour to get our food after taking the order and made to feel it was our own fault for ordering a well done fillet as they take longer to cook. Vegetables, mushroom and tomato came out cold, and by cold I would say straight from the fridge, and these took another 10 mi utes to replace with some Luke warm ones, and to top it off the waitress said they originals were still warm, making us out to be liars. The fillet steak had gristle running through it, not a good cut at all. Been to may beefeaters, and have had plenty of good meals, however this one has left a bitter taste, didn’t even get an apology or offer of discount on the meal. Would not recommend and will never return
