Wendy's - Birmingham

Every time I come here, the inner is closed. they close at 10 o'clock. it's 20:20. the responsible manager has an evil attitude that no one is on the parking lot, but he says they are under servants. not my fault if it's so bad to be good. that's the third time that this happened.

They made my order wrong and when I knocked on, they redirected me to the thru again drive. No one wants to go back to the line for 30 minutes they are all slow.

Wendys spicy chicken sandwich is the best around? it is a 10-minute drive to the house and our food is still super warm. my chicken sandwich was still very hot as I am a bit pure! Every time I drive around thru it is usually busy at this place, but they are pretty fast and have our food hot and ready to go. customer service is also great every time!

GROSS!! This place is absolutely disgusting. All I ordered was a strawberry frosty, only to open the lid and see a nasty hair inside, so I went back, I went into the lobby to get my money back too grossed out to even want a replacement) and the inside was disgusting! Trash and food all over the floor. I was also told that it was the second time that day someone came back with a hair in there frosty! I will never return to that dump again!

1pm on a Thursday... Waited 10 minutes and couldn 't even pull in to the parking lot the drive through was so backed up. How is this fast food?
