The Fish Market - Birmingham

We had a group of 15 for dinner. It was a family group that had not gotten together for several years. Our 95 year old grandmother passed and we were in town for the funeral. She would take us to the fish market when we would come to visit her. Our waitress was great. She was very attentive. The food was delicious. It was a great experience.

It was my first time eating at this location. But my experience was awesome! I loved everything about this place. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food delicious have to try the Greek salad

We were seated within 10 minutes, on Saturday afternoon. Our server was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu; kept our drinks filled. Food was amazing. Their were 4 in our party, all were well pleased with our entrees. The smoked tuna dip was delicious and the hushpuppies were very good. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful lunch at Fish Market Hoover. Excellent waitress, very attentive and friendly.

Our meals tasted fresh and delicious. If you like the aromas of sauteed onion, paprika, tomatoes, capers, olives and feta cheese, then the Athenian Snapper is an excellent choice. 2 of us had delicious delicate Baffalo popcorn shrimps. 1 enjoyed shrimps and grits and other fresh salmon cakes. Meals come with a choice of 2 pages with several elections a few choices at extra cost. Our 6 lunch meals amounted to $12.99 $23.99. 5 of our meals were under $20. The $23.99 was a large seafood plate. Soft drinks and tea were $2,99 each. The Contracting Parties of 6 or more have agreed to the invoice which was good with us 20%. Our server was friendly, checked for us and brought us further drinks if necessary. 3 of us came over to the left. Overall, our bill with taxes and satisfaction was slightly above $150 average about $25 per person. We were ready to pay for such good seafood for us.
